I found the cutest game today at Artsy-Fartsy Mama. I'm thinking we can use it for centers during "Fun Friday". Here's the set!
Also today we read
During the story, the kids held the shoes, the pants, the shirt, hat, gloves and the pumpkin head! They had so much fun shaking everything when it was their turn. Then we made the scarecrow and it's sitting outside our classroom door. The whole school loves it!
Then we made our glyphs. I did change it a little. I had them write about their monster by describing them according to the glyph. I think they turned out great!
